Career Image 1

I walked away from a successful sales career in London the title, the support network, the life that looked right from the outside and moved to Saudi Arabia with no guarantee of what came next.

And it was one of the hardest things I've done, mentally. Stripped of the familiar structure, the external validation, and the identity that came with a career I'd built over years, I faced a question most people spend their entire lives avoiding:

And it was one of the hardest things I've done, mentally. Stripped of the familiar structure, the external validation, and the identity that came with a career I'd built over years, I faced a question most people spend their entire lives avoiding:

Who am I when the titles are gone?

Who am I when the titles are gone?

That question led me to coaching the most intentional investment I've ever made in myself. What I found changed everything, and gave me the framework to understand something sport had been showing me for years. I unlocked a level of mental discipline, self-leadership, and identity work I didnt know was possible.

I did the work. I rebuilt my sense of self from the inside out, around who I was committed to becoming, not what Id already achieved. From that point forward, growth stopped being reactive and started being deliberate.

The Experience that made it Real

I've always been athletic. Sport has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. But one experience went further and challenged my mindset more than anything else.

I rowed an ultramarathon distance every day for 15 consecutive days.

That experience became the foundation of how I coach mental performance.

It was the ultimate test of discipline, of mental regulation, and of what happens when the body reaches its limit and the only thing left is the mind.

The principles I teach have been tested in conditions where the alternative to applying them was quitting.

When physical fatigue strips away every comfortable option, mindset becomes the only deciding factor between stopping and continuing. I learned in those 15 days what I'd only partially understood before: how to regulate focus under sustained pressure, how to stay present inside real discomfort, and how to keep performing when motivation has long since disappeared.

Why I Coach

As a competitive athlete I understood that the mental game was where performance was ultimately won or lost. As a corporate professional I watched the same truth play out in boardrooms and businesses talented, driven people underperforming not because of skill deficits but because nobody had ever trained their mental game to match their ambition.

Aespyre exists to close it for athletes, for leaders, for anyone operating where the margin between good and exceptional lives in the mental game.

Those two worlds pointed at the same gap.
