What does a mindset coach do?

I help you upgrade the way you think, feel and respond to allow you to perform at the level you know you are capable of.

Instead of talking about problems, we will get clear on where you are now, where you want to be and what is happening in your inner world (beliefs, self-talk, patterns) that is either driving you forward or holding you back.

Using the Champion’s Mindset Methodology and tools like NLP, hypnosis and Time Line Therapy, we:

  • ⁠Identify and clear limiting beliefs

  • Rewire unhelpful though patterns

  • Build real self trust and confidence

  • ⁠Create powerful mental routines so you can show up like a champion in any arena of life

How is mindset coaching different from therapy or counselling?

Therapy and counselling often focus on processing the past and supporting mental health challenges.

Whereas mindset coaching is future-focused and performance driven. We’ll:

  • Focus on where you want to go, not just where you’ve been

  • Work on patterns, beliefs, and behaviours that impact your performance, confidence and fulfilment

  • Use practical tools and strategies you can apply immediately in real-life situations

Who is mindset coaching for? Do I need to be an athlete or high performer to benefit?

You do not need to be a professional athlete to work with me. You just need to be someone who knows there is more in you and be ready to do the inner work to access it. I work with:

  • Business owners and professionals who want to perform at a higher level without burning out

  • Creatives and entrepreneurs who are done letting self-doubt and imposter syndrome run the show

  • Individuals in career or life transitions who want confidence and direction

  • Athletes who want to go further in their career

If you’re ambitious, self-aware enough to know you’re getting in your own way and ready to be coached honestly and compassionately then this is for you.

How long does it take to see changes in my mindset and confidence?

You’ll usually notice shifts from the very first few sessions. That may look like a new perspective, a sense of relief, or taking action on something, you’ve been stuck on for months.

Deeper, more lasting change (the “this is just who I am now” kind) builds over a few months of consistent work together. That’s why my coaching is designed as a journey.

We’re rewiring patterns, building new habits, and installing a champion’s mindset that you can rely on long after our work together ends.

This is my signature framework that takes how elite athletes think and operate – and install that into your life, whatever “arena” you’re in.

We focus on three core areas:

  • Clear identity: who you are when you’re at your best and what you’re actually looking for

  • Clean mindset: The beliefs, stories and patterns that need to go and the ones we install instead

  • Consistent performance: daily mental routines, habits, and actions that make confidence and self-belief your default.

I use tools like NLP, hypnosis, Time Line Therapy, and mindset coaching to worki at both the conscious and unconscious level so changes becomes felt and embodied.

What happens in a typical coaching session?

Sessions are tailored to you. A typical session might include:

  • ⁠A quick check-in on wins, and whats come up since we last spoke

  • Zeroing in on one key area (confidence, a goal, a trigger, performance, a difficult conversation)

  • Using tools like targeted questioning, NLP techniques or visualisations to shift beliefs, patterns and emotional blocks.

  • ⁠Creating clear, practical actions or mental routines for you to take into the week

You’ll leave each session with insight and implementation, understanding yourself better and knowing exactly what you’re going to do next. Along with having an accountability partner.

Is everything we discuss confidential?

Yes, your privacy is non-negotiable.

As an ICF-accredited coach I adhere to professional ethics and confidentiality standards. What you share in sessions stays there, unless there is a legal safety concern (which I would always discuss with you).

This is your space to be honest, unfiltered and fully yourself without worrying how it will land with friends, family or colleagues.
